Executive Assistant

HumblePod is hiring for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to be a part of our podcasting team. We’re a podcast production company with a reputation for industry excellence and attention to detail in production and execution. In this role, the candidate will work directly with the CEO and assist him with the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is also instrumental in helping HumblePod stay on course with project management, client communications, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of relevant experience to the table, along with at least an associate degree. A background in media production will be seen as a valuable asset.

Podcast Production Manager (Knoxville, TN)

Currently, we are hiring a detail-oriented, strategic-minded Podcast Production Manager to lead our podcast production efforts. This role blends strategic content management, client relationships, and project oversight to ensure podcast excellence. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality podcasts, building strong client relationships, and keeping our internal teams organized and ahead of schedule. Attention to detail reminiscent of legends like Leslie Knope and Steve Jobs is essential.

Account Executive

HumblePod is hiring Account Executives to grow our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and bringing on new clients for HumblePod. The right candidate will have a strong track record of sales performance, an ability to speak to the benefits of podcasting, as well as exercise good judgment in determining client fit and setting honest expectations.

Contract Podcast Editor

We are always hiring contract Podcast Editors to assist our team in the podcast production cycle. This role will require a focus on quality, clarity, and creativity as we produce high-end content that rivals industry leaders. They will be responsible for editing podcasts in both interview and narrative formats. The Podcast Editor will also be responsible for delivering podcasts in time to meet production deadlines and will be a key player in helping build HumblePod's standards for audio quality.

The Video Podcast Editor will also be responsible for delivering podcasts in time to meet production deadlines and will be a key player in helping build HumblePod’s standards for content quality.
